I'm not sure that ranking issues really helps. In many ways, the issues are interlinked - for example inefficiencies caused by EU nonsense has an impact on our economy!
I'd probably place it third as it impacts an awful lot on the rest of the list. It's the equivalent of the elephant in the room.
A lot further up the list than it is, Plato, because the EU has had a disastrous direct effect on all the other issues listed above it
